1. Scope
Smartech Service is a personal technology project operated by Krishnendu Mandal. It provides automations such as sending and scheduling email, creating Google Forms, and reading form responses when explicitly requested by an authorized user.
2. Google data accessed
Depending on the requested task, the service may ask for access to:
- Gmail: send email and read mailbox information needed for a requested workflow.
- Google Sheets: add and read scheduled-email queue entries.
- Google Forms: create forms and read their submitted responses.
- Google Drive: read file metadata needed to locate connected Forms and related files.
- Basic account identity: identify the Google account granting access.
The service does not request access to Google data unless it is needed for an enabled feature.
3. How the data is used
Google data is used only to complete actions requested by the authorized user, including:
- sending an email immediately or adding it to a scheduled-email queue;
- creating a Google Form and sharing its link;
- retrieving form responses for review; and
- finding files or records necessary for those workflows.
Smartech Service does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, build advertising profiles, or use it to train its own machine-learning models.
Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
4. Storage and retention
- OAuth credentials are stored locally on the operator's device and are not published on this website.
- Scheduled-email details are stored in a Google Sheet controlled by the authorized Google account.
- Created Forms and their responses remain in the authorized user's Google account.
- This website does not maintain an independent customer database or use advertising trackers.
Records can be removed from their Google service or local storage when they are no longer needed.
5. Sharing and service providers
Data is not sold or shared with advertisers. Limited information may be processed by infrastructure providers necessary to perform a requested task, including Google services, Firebase Hosting, and the AI service used by the operator. Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy commitments.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect users and the service.
6. Your control
You can review or revoke Google access at any time from your Google Account:

You may also request deletion of locally stored authorization credentials or related records by contacting the operator. Revoking access prevents future Google API activity but does not automatically delete emails, Sheets, Forms, or other items already created in your account.
7. Security
Reasonable technical measures are used to protect credentials and limit access to the operator's environment. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the service's features or data practices change. The date at the top of this page identifies the latest version.
